Jersey Blues Finish In 1-1 Tie With Ocean Vikings

Lincroft, NJ - The Jersey Blues men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 tie in GSAC action against the Ocean County College Vikings to move their record to 3-6-2.

Lincroft, NJ - The Jersey Blues men's soccer team battled to a 1-1 tie in GSAC action against the Ocean County College Vikings to move their record to 3-6-2.

Freshman midfielder, Adam Kotby, got the start in goal for Brookdale with the feed from fellow freshman midfielder, Thomas Valinotti, at the 17:00 mark. The Vikings scored just five minutes later in the first half and then the time wound down. The Blues had only four shots on goal to Ocean's seven, and freshman goalie, Lucas Hutnik, charted five saves in the net.

Brookdale's next game will be on Tuesday, October 8th, at 4:00pm, as they face the RCSJ-Cumberland Dukes
