Lakewood, NJ - As in all of their past games, the Jersey Blues men's soccer team fought hard against the Georgian Court University JV team which unfortunately led to a 2-1 loss for the Blues.
Brookdale scored first on the Lions at 30:00 off the foot of sophomore midfielder, Christian Gerencser (Neptune High School), and with the help from freshman midfielder, Thomas Valinotti (Middletown North High School). Georgian Court were held to their first goal until 80:00 on the clock, then the dagger at the 85:00 mark.
Brookdale (1-5) will be home for their next game to play the Middlesex College Blue Colts on Saturday, September 14th, with a 1:30pm start.
