Branchburg, NJ- The Jersey Blues men's soccer team overpowered the Lions of Raritan Valley Community College, 5-0. Sophomore forward Guilherme DeNovaes led the way offensively, recording two goals and one assist.

Freshman forward Marlhens Nasanes posted one goal while sophomore midfielder Matt Doucette dished two assists. Sophomore forward Hakeem Wood and sophomore midfielder Stevenley Joseph tallied one goal and one assist apiece.

Freshman goalkeeper Colin Thompson made his first appearance in net, making two saves.

Brookdale led at half by one and completely dominated the second half. The team improves their overall record to 11-3 and will next travel down to Cumberland County College on Thursday, October 13th for a 3:30pm kick-off.
