Brookdale Men Misdirect The Trailblazers For 66-61 Win

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale men's basketball won their last home game of the season with a narrow victory against the Luzerne County Community College Trailblazers, 66-61. Brookdale's 10 point lead at halftime narrowed to just a basket until the Blues' resilience kicked in and they pulled out the win in the final minute.

Leading the Blues to victory was sophomore guard, Latrell Thompson, with 14 points, four steals, and four assists. Freshman forward, Devyn Wright-Myles, matched Thompson with 14 points while sophomore forward, Regan Burke, double-doubled for 12 points and 12 rebounds, and sophomore guard, Bruce Gooding, deposited 11 points. 

The Brookdale Jersey Blues (17-7) will play their last regular season game on the road against the Sussex County Community College Skylanders on Tuesday, February 18th at 7:00pm.
