Special seating for the presentation was arranged on the arena floor for the coaches, Head Athletic Trainer, Dylan Harrington, Brookdale President Dr. David Stout, Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Yesenia Madas, and Board of Trustees Members, Dr. Paul Crupi, Mr. Steve Clayton, and Ms. Rebekah Fischoff. All eyes were peeled to Brookdale TV's touching season recap video as well as the speakers, Director of Athletics and Recreation, Katie Amundson, President Dr. Stout, Board of Trustees Member Chair, Dr. Crupi, and Head Men's Basketball Coach, Paul Cisek.
The distribution of the rings followed as the "Voice of Brookdale Athletics," Rob Halsey, introduced each national championship ring recipient as a flood of photos took place with former players, families, and friends. All stayed afterwards to cheer on their Jersey Blues in their game against the Monroe College Express, and then the celebration continued with all gathering in the arena concession area for refreshments. The ceremony was tremendous as the players and coaches took home a beautiful ring, a framed team portrait, a long sleeve t-shirt, and forever captured memories.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!
