Mateo Nets 47 As Jersey Blues Breeze Past RCSJ - Gloucester
Sewell, NJ - Sophomore point guard, Kevin Mateo, netted a season-high 47 points, adding four steals, and three assists to lead the Jersey Blues men's basketball team past GSAC nemesis, RCSJ-Gloucester, 93-78.

The 19-3 Blues led by double-digits throughout the entire game over the Roadrunners as they attacked from the paint and perimeter. Sophomore forward, Josiah Basket, struck for 18 points, and classmate forward, Darnell Askew, added a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds to lift Brookdale. Sophomore point guard playmaker, Andre Wells, fed his team with seven assists for the win.
Brookdale will look to extend their winning streak to seven when they travel to GSAC foe, Bergen Community College, on Tuesday, February 7th, for a 7:00pm start.
