Toms River, NJ - The undefeated Jersey Blues men's basketball team improved their record to 10-0 with a conference win over the Ocean County College Vikings, 97-82.
Freshman forward, Darnell Askew, was unstoppable with his season-high 32 points, 15 rebounds, and 8-8 from the foul line. Freshman guard, Manny Bell, fed the Blues 18 points and nine rebounds, while freshman guard, Nick Williams, produced 16 points. Also in double-digits was sophomore guard, Devin Strickland, with 11 points, and sophomore point guard, Andre Wells, who added 10 points and five assists.
The Blues host the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneers next at home on Tuesday, December 13th, at 7:00pm.
