Kevin Mateo Named GSAC DIII Men's Basketball Player Of The Week

Lincroft, NJ - Lincroft, NJ - Jersey Blues freshman guard, Kevin Mateo, was named the GSAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week after his huge contributions to two conference wins against Rowan College South Jersey-Cumberland, and Camden County College.

Mateo scored double figures in both games, 14 points and seven assists against RCSJ-Cumberland, and a game-changing, season-high, 34 points against Camden CC. Mateo scored a crucial nine points in the last two minutes of the game, and went 13 for 13 at the foul line for the 78-71 win to continue the Jersey Blues 14-0 winning streak.
