Jahmere Calhoun Highlights Offense With 20 As Brookdale Surpasses Union County College, 84-76

Lincroft, NJ - Sophomore forward Jahmere Calhoun highlighted the Blues offense with 20 points as the team defeated Union County College, 84-76. Calhoun also grabbed 13 rebounds.

Brookdale was up 37-30 at the half, went down with three minutes left to go in the game and took the victory after a 17-4 run to close the game. Freshmen guards Tyler Hawkins and Jordan Smith each posted 16 points while sophomore forward Terra Gatling added 13 points and eight rebounds.

With the conference win, the team improves to 11-7 and will next take on the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College on Tuesday, January 22nd at 7:00pm.
