Tough Second Half Gives Brookdale Second Straight Conference Loss

Sophomore shooting guard James Wright led Brookdale with 22 points. Also contributing with double figures in points were sophomore point guard Kerry Kirkwood, sophomore center Jordan Little along with freshman guard Zachary Olukanni. Kirkwood and Little both posted a double-double. Kirkwood had 16 points and 10 assists while Little had 15 points and 12 boards. Olukanni dropped 12 points.
The loss drops Brookdale to 6-3 overall. The Jersey Blues pack their bags and head to Rochester, NY for the Pete Pavia Memorial Tournament this weekend. They will face Mohawk Valley Community College on Saturday, December 10th beginning at 6:00pm.
