Jersey Blues Battle For 84-83 Win Over Cumberland
Vineland, NJ- The Brookdale men's basketball team came out on the winning end of a back-and-forth contest against the Dukes of Cumberland County College, 84-83. Freshman center Jordan Little led the Blues offense, netting 20 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.

The Jersey Blues were up as much as 12 points and allowed the Dukes back into the game up until the very end. In the last few minutes, Brookdale was down by four. Sophomore guard Mason Jones hit a runner in the paint to put the Blues within two. Jones hit the final basket to capture the victory. Jones totaled 18 points for the game.
Freshman guard Aaron Trimble posted 16 points while sophomore forward Dillon Salva and freshman forward Aidan McMenaman swished 10 points apiece.
The team improves their overall record to 18-8. Brookdale returns to action at home on Saturday, February 13th to host the Vikings of Mercer County Community College. Game time is at 12:00pm.
