Men's Basketball Participates In Pink Zone; Brookdale Edged By Union
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale men's basketball team supported SAAC's Pink Zone Night by sporting t-shirts during warm-up. In an evenly matched game, the Jersey Blues fell to the Owls of Union County College, 89-87. Freshman guard Terrel Cox double-doubled with 13 points and 10 assists. Cox also grabbed eight boards.

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale men's basketball team supported SAAC's Pink Zone Night by sporting t-shirts during pre-game warm-up. In an evenly matched game, the Jersey Blues fell to the Owls of Union County College, 89-87. Freshman guard Terrel Cox double-doubled with 13 points and 10 assists. Cox also grabbed eight boards.
Sophomore guard Isaiah Johnson led the Blues offense with 27 points. Freshman guard Corrie Brown tallied 19 points while sophomore guard Tevon Bennett added 14 points. Freshman forward Noah Dean pulled down eight rebounds for the team.
The Blues return to action on Saturday, February 21st against Johnson College for the quarter-finals of the Region XIX basketball tournament.
