Baseball Struggles To Battle Back From First Inning Roadrunner Rally
Sewell, NJ - Following a battle of the bats with RCSJ-Gloucester a day prior, Brookdale baseball found themselves battling even harder with the Roadrunners in their double header on the road. The Jersey Blues lost both games, 10-4, 10-1, to lose the series, 0-3.

Sewell, NJ - Following a battle of the bats with RCSJ-Gloucester a day prior, Brookdale baseball found themselves battling even harder with the Roadrunners in their double header on the road. The Jersey Blues lost both games, 10-4, 10-1, to lose the series, 0-3.
In the game-one, 10-4 loss, Brookdale had just three hits to the Roadrunners' nine and two RBI's came from sophomore catcher, Shane Andrus and freshman infielder, Peter Fopeano.
In the second, 10-1 loss, Andrus continued hitting as he went 2-for-3, with hits also produced by sophomore DH, Malik Little Jr., freshman left fielder, Gary John Perone, sophomore first baseman, Richard Kernan, and Peter Fopeano.
Brookdale (27-8) will host the Montgomery County Community College Mustangs next on Tuesday, April 22nd, at 3:30pm.
