Jersey Blues Baseball Wins Barn Burner Over DI Monroe; Kernan Blasts Three-Run Homer
Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College Jersey Blues baseball team won a barn burner, 15-13, against the DI Monroe University Mustangs. Sophomore first baseman, Richard Kernan, hit a clutch three-run homer in addition to his double to total three solid RBI's.

Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale Community College Jersey Blues baseball team won a barn burner, 15-13, against the DI Monroe University Mustangs. Sophomore first baseman, Richard Kernan, hit a clutch three-run homer in addition to his double to total three solid RBI's.
Freshman center fielder, Declan Sheehan, ripped a double as he and sophomore left fielder, Jacob Ramirez both contributed two RBI's. Sophomore catcher Shane Andrus notched an RBI double and freshman right fielder, Casey Gardiner, assisted with an RBI as well. Sophomore RHP, Richard Barton, got the win, his first, on the mound and freshman LHP, Anthony Sodano, captured the save.
Brookdale (27-5 ) will host the RCSJ-Gloucester Roadrunners on Friday, April 18th, beginning at 1:00pm.
