Bethlehem, PA - Brookdale Baseball were triumphant in their victory over the Northampton Community College Spartans, 4-2, in a crucial Region 19 match-up.

Bethlehem, PA - Brookdale Baseball were triumphant in their victory over the Northampton Community College Spartans, 4-2, in a crucial Region 19 match-up.
The game remained tight through the early innings, but the turning point for the Jersey Blues was the fifth inning as they scored all four of their runs. Clutch hits came from freshman shortstop, Justin Lopez, and freshman center fielder, Declan Sheehan; each had an RBI in the win. Sophomore pitcher, Tyler Spencer (5-1), earned the win on the hump in 7.1 innings after facing 26 batters and striking out seven. Freshman Luke Roccesano earned his first save as a Jersey Blue.
With the win, Brookdale improved to 20-4 and will face the Bergen Community College Bulldogs on Saturday, April 5th, beginning at noon.
