Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale baseball improved to 16-3 after shipping out the Atlantic Cape Community College Buccaneer club team, 14-3.
Sophomore, Tyler Mendez, added a win to his mound record after throwing for 3.0 innings with seven strikeouts. Freshman second baseman, Peter Fopeano, went 3-for-3 with a triple and a double for two RBI's. Freshman shortstop, Christopher Clark, batted 1-for-3 for two RBI's, and freshman right fielder, Gary John Perone, had two hits for two RBI's as well.
Brookdale will play next at Rockland Community College on Thursday, March 27th at 3:30pm.
