Lincroft, NJ - Jersey Blues baseball took game-one of their three-game series against the Middlesex College Colts, 14-4.
Freshman pitcher, Jeffrey Barham, snagged his second win in 6.0 innings, allowing just three hits with four strikeouts. On the batting end, freshman left fielder, Anthony Pizzuti, crushed a home run and a double for four RBI's in his 3-for-4 at bats. Freshman center fielder, Declan Sheehan, went 3-for-3 to attach two more RBI's, and sophomore DH, Malik Little Jr., sophomore third baseman, Junior Nunez, and sophomore first baseman, Richard Kernan, all helped with an RBI a piece.
Brookdale (13-2) will head to Edison, NJ, to complete their series on Saturday, March 22nd, beginning at 12:00pm.
