Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale baseball rounded up and swept the Montgomery County Community College Mustangs in a two games, 10-2, and 5-1, in a conference match-up.

Lincroft, NJ - Brookdale baseball rounded up and swept the Montgomery County Community College Mustangs in a two games, 10-2, and 5-1, in a conference match-up.
In the first game, freshman winning pitcher, Jake Burt, got his third season win after striking out five in five innings. Sophomore first baseman, Ryan Cole, went 2-4 with a double for three RBI's, sophomore right fielder, Nick LoVarco, clocked a triple in his 2-3 at bats for two RBI's, and sophomore third baseman, Rocko Brzezniak, added another two RBI's from his 2-4 times at bats.
In game-two, freshman pitcher, Tyler Spencer (2-0), got the win for the Blues in his four innings with four strikeouts. Nick LoVarco belted a homer while adding another two RBI's in the series as sophomore catcher, Lucca Limeira, posted two RBI's as well from his 1-2 at the plate.
Brookdale (9-0) will host the Kingsborough Community College Wave next on Saturday, March 9th, beginning at 11:00am.
