Red Bank, NJ - The Jersey Blues baseball squad came up short in two games against the Dukes of Cumberland County College.
In game one, Brookdale rallied back from a 1-0 deficit to tie the game in the bottom of the ninth off a solo home run from freshman outfielder Bradley Brush. In extra innings, the team could not match the score and fell, 2-1.
In game two action, after a few stumbled plays, the Blues dropped the nine-inning contest, 5-1.
The team will next take the field on Monday, April 29th at Atlantic Cape Community College at 3:30pm.
