Lincroft, NJ - The Jersey Blues baseball squad defeated Luzerne County Community College, 12-4 in seven innings.
Sophomore lefty Michael Soldo pitched for five innings and collected seven strikeouts. Freshman shortstop Keith Apostolos smashed two doubles and knocked in one RBI as freshman third baseman Nick DeMaio contributed one double and one RBI.
With the overall win, the team improves to 20-3 and will return to action at home on Thursday, April 4th against the Blue Colts of Middlesex County College for a single nine-inning match-up at 3:30pm.
