Suffern, NY - The Jersey Blues baseball team blanked the Hawks of Rockland Community College, 9-0. Sophomore left-handed pitcher Dylan Taliaferro threw the complete game and earned the eight inning shutout. Tailaferro recorded eight strikeouts and two hits.

Suffern, NY - The Jersey Blues baseball team blanked the Hawks of Rockland Community College, 9-0. Sophomore left-handed pitcher Dylan Taliaferro threw the complete game and earned the eight inning shutout. Taliaferro recorded eight strikeouts and two hits.
On the offensive end, sophomore outfielder Connor Kolich connected three times at the plate for one double, one home run, two scored runs and four RBI's. Freshman outfielder TJ Scuderi contributed one triple and one RBI as sophomore third baseman Ben Porpora notched one hit and one RBI.
The team returns home 18-1 and will next take on Delaware Technical Community College on Saturday, March 30th for a two-game series beginning at noon.
