Sophomore Ben Porpora connected three times at bat for one double and three scored runs as sophomore catcher Joshua Jackson collected one double and one RBI. Freshman second baseman Matt Granato chipped in one run scored.
The Blues also recorded a victory against the Vikings of Hudson Valley Community College, 8-2. Sophomore outfielder TJ Scuderi ripped one home run, one double and one RBI while freshman outfielder Bradley Brush smacked a double.
The team improves their overall record to 6-0 and will return to action on Tuesday, March 19th against the Knights of Northern Essex Community College and TNXL.
