Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team split with the Roadrunners of Rowan College at Gloucester County. In game one, the Blues fell 5-0. Sophomore outfielder Joseph Piscopo and sophomore center-fielder Marco Meleo each ripped one double.

Freshman left-handed pitcher Jordan Winston faced four batters while freshman lefty James Wynne pitched to thirty.
The Blues turned it around in game two and topped Rowan, 6-0. Sophomore third baseman Trevor Romeo tallied one double and two RBI's as sophomore left-fielder Cole Hardy knocked out two doubles and brought in four RBI's. Sophomore right-fielder Nick Minter crushed a home run while sophomore right-handed pitcher Brandon DeKovics hurled the seven inning contest.
The team improves their overall record to 31-17 and will return to the diamond on Saturday, May 5th to face the Spartans of Northampton Community College.
