Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team swept the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College, 11-7, 10-0 and 14-0.
In game three of the series, freshman left-handed pitcher James Wynne threw the compete game, tallying three hits and seven strikeouts. Sophomore right-fielder Nick Minter had a knockout day at the plate, ripping one home run and one double. Minter also posted three scored runs, five RBI's and one stolen base as sophomore left-fielder Cole Hardy recorded one double, three scored runs, one RBI and three stolen bases.
Brookdale will next travel to Harford Community College on Wednesday, May 2nd to face the Fighting Owls under the lights at 6:30pm.
