Baseball Edged By Mercer In Extra Innings; Sophomore Mike Santaromita Tallies First Home Run Of The Season
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team was edged by DII Vikings of Mercer County Community College in extra innings, 11-10. Sophomore center-fielder Mike Santaromita tallied his first home-run of the season. Santaromita also added one double, one RBI and four scored runs.

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team was edged by DII Vikings of Mercer County Community College in extra innings, 11-10. Sophomore center-fielder Mike Santaromita tallied his first home-run of the season. Santaromita also added one double, one RBI and four scored runs.
Sophomore right-fielder Nick Martinez posted three hits for one double and one home-run and drove in five RBI's while sophomore catcher Joe Rotelli notched one double and two RBI's.
The Jersey Blues return to action on Thursday, April 13th against Region XIX rival Rowan College at Gloucester County for a single nine inning game beginning at 3:30pm.
