Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team defeated the Vikings of Ocean County College, 6-1. Sophomore pitcher Justin Harnett earned the win after throwing nine innings for 10 strikeouts and four scattered hits.

Lincroft, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team defeated the Vikings of Ocean County College, 6-1. Sophomore pitcher Justin Harnett earned the win after throwing nine innings for 10 strikeouts and four scattered hits.
At bat, sophomore outfielder Aaron Kane collected two hits, two scored runs, two stolen bases and one RBI. Sophomore third baseman Luis Hidalgo ripped a two-run triple in the bottom of the seventh inning to put the Blues ahead by four. Freshman catcher Nick Blaney recorded one hit and one RBI.
The team returns to action on Wednesday, April 15th against the Dukes of Cumberland County College at 3:30pm.
