Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team rolled past the Titans of County College of Morris, 8-5. Freshman catcher Joel Rivera went 2-4 from the plate, ripping a solo home run. Rivera also collected a double and four RBI's.
Sophomore shortstop Spencer Young posted a double and 2 RBI's while sophomore catcher Aaron Kane registered a double and one run scored.
Jersey Blues sophomore starter Justin Harnett pitched the first seven innings, allowing one run and three hits. Harnett also collected eight strikeouts.
The team returns to action on Friday, April 3rd at home against Union County College.
