Toms River, NJ- The Jersey Blues baseball team dropped a conference match-up to the Vikings of Ocean County College, 6-4 on the road. Brookdale fell behind in the bottom of the sixth inning when Ocean scored three runs, putting them ahead by one.
Sophomore third baseman Tim Carney collected a double and two RBI's while shortstop Spencer Young and second baseman Jon Baturgil tallied a double and RBI apiece. Sophomore catcher Aaron Kane recorded two doubles for the Blues.
The team returns to action on the road at Cumberland County College on Wednesday, March 25th.
