Nick Vitale and Jon Roszel Earn Second Team All-American Distinctions
Colorado Springs, CO – The NJCAA national office announced the 2014 Baseball All-America teams. Brookdale Community College sophomore center fielder Nick Vitale and right fielder Jon Roszel were named to the All-American second team.
Colorado Springs, CO – The NJCAA national office announced the 2014 Baseball All-America teams. Brookdale Community College sophomore center fielder Nick Vitale and right fielder Jon Roszel were named to the All-American second team.
Vitale had an overall batting average of .480 for the season. He tallied 73 hits, crushing 7 home runs, 18 doubles and 10 triples. He also drove in 34 RBI's for the Jersey Blues.
Roszel had an overall batting average of .412 for the 2014 season. He collected 47 hits and 13 stolen bases. He smashed 6 home runs, 10 doubles and a triple in his sophomore year.
