Nick Panduri Named Garden State Athletic Conference Player of the Week

Nick Panduri was named Garden State Athletic Conference player of the week, as announced by GSAC baseball chair Pete DiLorenzo today.

Panduri pitched 14.0 masterful frames en route to a 2-0 record for the Jersey Blues last week. The freshman righty scattered seven hits in two complete-game, shut-out performances. Walking none and fanning 10, Panduri scattered three hits in seven innings of work in a 3-0 victory over Bergen.  In the week's finale, Panduri went the distance again, completing the seven inning game on the mound while allowing only four hits in his second shut-out of the week.  On the year, Panduri owns a 3-0 record.
