Baseball Rallies For 3-2 Win Over Gloucester; Jake Winston Hurls 9 - Inning Gem; Aaron Kane Knocks In Winning Run
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale baseball team rallied back to defeat the Roadrunners of Gloucester County College, 3-2. Sophomore pitcher Jake Winston earned the win after throwing 9 innings for 10 strikeouts and 9 hits. In the bottom of the ninth, freshman catcher Aaron Kane knocked in the winning run, scored by outfielder Kyle Golla, who went 2-3 at the plate.

Sophomore pitcher Jake Winston earned the win after throwing 9 innings for 10 strikeouts and 9 hits. In the bottom of the ninth, freshman catcher Aaron Kane knocked in the winning run, scored by outfielder Kyle Golla, who went 2-3 at the plate.
Sophomore outfielder Jon Roszel went 2-3 and scored the first of the Blues 3 scored runs. Sophomore third baseman Ryan Kirman hit a double and scored a run.
The Blues return to action on Friday, April 25th against Harford Community College.
