Groveland, FL- The Jersey Blues defeated Monroe in the first game, 3-2. Sophomore pitcher Time Rogers had 10 strike-outs. In game 2, Brookdale was defeated, 12-13. Sophomore third baseman Ryan Kirman hit a grand slam to put the Blues up by 4.

Groveland, FL- The Jersey Blues defeated Monroe Community College in the first game, 3-2. Sophomore pitcher Tim Rogers had 10 strike-outs. In game 2, Brookdale was defeated, 12-13. Sophomore third baseman Ryan Kirman hit a grand slam to put the Blues up by 4. But the team could not hold on to the lead.
Sophomore outfielder Jon Roszel went 4-4 with a 3 run blast.
The team is next in action on Saturday, March 15th against Waubonsee Community College for a doubleheader.
