Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale women's soccer team continues their success on the field with their 4th straight win against the #2 nationally ranked, Rowan College South Jersey - Gloucester Roadrunners.
A total team effort as the Jersey Blues dominated and kept the game on the offensive side. The first goal was fed from freshman defender, Hailey Kret, as freshman forward, Samantha Coleman, crossed over the center, received the assist, and then pounded the ball over the head of the goalie in the 29th minute of the first half.
In the 46th minute of the second half, sophomore forward, Jada Trotta, received a beautifully placed out of bounds assist from again, Hailey Kret. Trotta centered herself and knocked a sliding kick punch into the goal.
The Blues (5-2) are off to the Cougar den to challenge the Camden County College on Thursday, October 7th @ 3:00pm.
