Region 19 Announces Mateo And Williams For Their 1st & 2nd All-Region Teams

Lincroft, NJ - Region 19 announced their 1st, 2nd, & 3rd All-Region teams with sophomore point guard, Kevin Mateo, securing 1st Team for the second year in a row, and freshman guard, Nick Williams, was selected to 2nd Team.

In only 19 games, Mateo (Hackensack High School), collected 16.6 points per game, 51 steals, dished 101 assists, and shot 82.8% from the foul line. Nick Williams (Elmwood Park High School) played in a total of 27 games, while averaging 15.7 points per game, collected 190 rebounds, 44 assists, 55 steals, 22 blocks, and was named GSAC Player of the Week twice this season.
