Men’s Soccer Improves To 7-2-1 In Win Over Lackawanna College
Scranton, PA – A hat trick by freshman midfielder Ney Falcao-Lepre led Brookdale past the Falcons of Lackawanna College in a 4-2 win on Sunday afternoon.

Scranton, PA – A hat trick by freshman midfielder Ney Falcao-Lepre led Brookdale past the Falcons of Lackawanna College in a 4-2 win on Sunday afternoon.
Freshman forward Davensky Joinvilmar got Brookdale on the board in the 10th minute, assisted by sophomore midfielder Max Lane. Lackawanna scored in the 35th minute to tie the game, and the teams went into the half all knotted up. Falcao-Lepre took over in the second half, scoring three goals in a 14 minute span, assisted by freshman forward Jeremy Thompson each time. He now has four goals on the season.
Sophomore goaltender Tyler Haines recorded 13 saves in the win.
Brookdale is now 7-2-1 on the season and will travel to Cumberland County College on Tuesday, October 2nd for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff.
