Brookdale never gave up, tallying the final score in the 86th minute.
Sophomore forward Guilherme DeNovaes recorded two goals while sophomore forward Hakeem Wood and sophomore midfiedler Alex Cella collected one goal and one assist each. Freshman defender Matthew Skea and sophomore midfielder Stevenley Joseph also added one assist apiece.
The Blues return to action on the road against the Blue Colts of Middlesex County College on Wednesday, October 5th for a 3:30pm kick-off.
