The Brookdale men's soccer team and Raritan Valley Community College played to a 1-1 tie. Brookdale took an early lead when freshman forward Stefan Bard scored off a pass from sophomore midfielder Rui Frazao, fifty-four seconds into the game.
Freshman goalkeeper Luis Aguirre posted 9 saves in the full 110:00 minutes of the game. Neither team could score in the two overtime periods. The Blues now stand at 3-4-2 overall.
Brookdale returns to action at home on Thursday, September 25th at 3:30pm against Sussex County Community College.
