Men's Basketball Deondre Smith Commits To The Colby-Sawyer College Chargers

Lincroft, NJ - Freshman guard from Neptune City, NJ, Deondre Smith, is headed to New Hampshire and committed to play basketball for the Colby-Sawyer College Chargers. The Naaman Forest High School graduate had just one year under his belt as a Jersey Blue, but was no doubt an essential part of the 2019-2020 season.

In just one year, Smith appeared in 26 games and hustled for 113 total points, 59 rebounds, 66 assists, and 24 steals. His best game was home against the RCSJ-Cumberland Roadrunners, where he dropped a hot 19 points and went eight for eight at the foul line for a Jersey Blues 86-80 win.

Colby-Sawyer College is located in New London, New Hampshire and is an NCAA Division III four-year institution. The Chargers compete in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC).
