Paramus, NJ- Freshman middle hitter Emily Schulte led the Blues against the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College with five kills. Brookdale fell in three sets, 0-3 (20-25, 21-25, 18-25).
Freshman libero Samarie Hernandez scooped 19 digs while acing six serves. The team continued to rally back and never gave up, keeping the Bulldogs on their toes.
Brookdale will return to action on Tuesday, September 11th at Middlesex County College for a 7:00pm volley.
