Women's Volleyball Falls Short In GSAC Action Against Ocean County College
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's volleyball team fell short against the Vikings of Ocean County College, 1-3 (29-31, 24-26, 26-24, 26-28). All four sets went into overtime. Freshman right back Olivia Hayes posted a double-double, recording 13 kills and 30 digs. Hayes also tallied three aces.

Sophomore outside hitter Morgan T. Schweitzer smashed 13 kills, scooped 24 digs and blocked two Ocean shots while sophomore libero Ally Latourette totaled three aces and 24 digs.
Sophomore outside hitter Justeen Adams added two aces and 15 digs. Freshman setter Rebecca Franey dished a match-high 27 assists. Franey also collected 17 digs and two blocks.
The team returns to action on Tuesday, September 22nd at home against the Roadrunners of Rowan College at Gloucester County.
