Brookdale Secures Top Seed In Region Tournament In Win Over Bucks County Community College
Newton, PA – The Brookdale women’s soccer team extended their winning streak to 14 games in a 6-1 win over Bucks County Community College. They secured the top seed in the Region XIX tournament with the win.

Newton, PA – The Brookdale women's soccer team extended their winning streak to 14 games in a 6-1 win over Bucks County Community College. They secured the top seed in the Region XIX tournament with the win.
Freshman midfielder Bethany Olejarz got Brookdale on the board in the 8th minute, assisted by sophomore defender Madison Doria, who also assisted on the first of three Lauren Karabin goals, which came in the 28th minute. Karabin's second goal, which came in the second half, was unassisted and freshman forward Dominique Lovallo assisted her third goal. Lovallo scored Brookdale's fifth goal, with Karabin getting credit for the assist. Doria scored unassisted in the 72nd minute. Sophomore goalkeeper Sophia Goos recorded seven saves in the win.
Brookdale is now 14-0 on the season and will look to end the regular season with a win when they travel to Harcum College on Tuesday, October 16th for a 3:00 p.m. kickoff.
