Lincroft, NJ- Freshman forward Gianna Murphy found the back of the net twice as the Jersey Blues downed the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 8-0.
Sophomore midfielder Julianne Miller and freshman defender Kelly Negra recorded their first goals of the season as freshman midfielder Madison Doria, freshman defender Alexis Cuje, freshman forward Christine Albano and sophomore forward Breeana Cassidy notched a goal apiece.
Miller, Cassidy, Negra and Doria all collected one assist while freshman midfielder Jessica Textor dished two. Freshman midfielder Gianna Sabin and sophomore defender Amy Beringer also posted one assist each.
With the win, the team improves their overall record to 3-0-1 and will next travel to Middlesex County College to face the Blue Colts on Saturday, September 16th for a noon kick-off.
