Women's Soccer Captures Fourth Consecutive Region XIX Title
Berkeley Heights, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team captured their fourth straight Region XIX title after defeating the Cougars of Camden County College, 3-0. Sophomore forward Heather Arbachesky scored the game winning goal off a pass from sophomore forward Amanda Karabin in the 26th minute of play.

Berkeley Heights, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team captured their fourth straight Region XIX title after defeating the Cougars of Camden County College, 3-0. Sophomore forward Heather Arbachesky scored the game winning goal off a pass from sophomore forward Amanda Karabin in the 26th minute of play.
Sophomore midfielder Endila Radoncic notched the second goal on a follow-up shot from sophomore midfielder Gabriella Florio's free kick. The third and final goal of the game came from the left foot of sophomore forward Karabin who broke free from a one-on-one situation and ripped a shot past the Cougar goalkeeper. Freshman goalkeeper Kayla Breaud also grabbed four saves in net.
The Jersey Blues played a strong defensive match led by sophomore Defensive MVP Michelle Montefinese. Sophomore midfielder Bianca DiBlasio was named Offensive MVP of the game. DiBlasio also added one assist.
With the win, the squad punched it's ticket to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament as one of two Region XIX teams to advance. Hosted by Ocean County College, the National Tournament is set to begin on Thursday, November 10th.
