Arbachesky Leads Blues Offense With Two; Women's Soccer Blanks Camden Cougars For GSAC Title
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team blanked the Cougars of Camden County College, 5-0 in GSAC action. Freshman forward Heather Arbachesky led the Blues offense with two goals and one assist.

Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale women's soccer team blanked the Cougars of Camden County College, 5-0 in GSAC action. Freshman forward Heather Arbachesky led the Blues offense with two goals and one assist. Freshman forward Aubrey Jones collected one of those assists.
Freshman defender Colleen Branagan ripped a beautiful shot from 30 yards out to put the Blues on the board in the 14th minute of play. Freshman midfielder Melissa Monteleone dished the assist.
Sophomore defender Alexandria Montefinese scored the third and final goal of the first half after receiving the ball from the foot of freshman midfielder Amanda Karabin in the 21st minute.
Sophomore forward Simone McEnough recorded her 11th goal of the season after blasting the ball in the back of the net late in the second half.
With the win over Camden, the Jersey Blues captured the GSAC title and will be the #1 seed for the Region XIX tournament. The team returns to action at home on Tuesday, October 20th against Essex County College.
