Georgetown, DE - The Brookdale Jersey Blues softball team struggled with DII Delaware Technical Community College, losing their double-header, 13-6, 5-1.
Despite the loss, freshman third baseman, Nicolette Pavlik, banged out a solo homerun and accumulated two RBI singles, while freshman shortstop, Gianna Praet, provided a two RBI double in game one.
In the 5-1, game two loss, Praet did her best on the mound with seven strikeouts, freshman catcher, Zoey Hagan, supplied two hits, and freshman centerfielder, Alyssa Sigler, had an RBI double.
The Blues will be back in Lincroft to face conference team, Rowan College South Jersey-Cumberland Dukes, on Thursday, March 31st, at 3:00pm.
