Jacquie Coulahan Signs National Letter Of Intent For Georgian Court University

Lincroft, NJ- Sophomore third baseman Jacquie Coulahan has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Georgian Court University and play for the Lions softball team.

As a freshman at Brookdale, the Howell native had a batting average of .396 and an on base average of .486 for the 2015 season. Coulahan also recorded a total of 36 hits including four doubles and one triple, 23 RBI's and 27 scored runs as she led the Jersey Blues to a 34-16 record and the Region XIX championship. In her sophomore season, she posted 45 hits, 24 scored runs and 20 RBI's while maintaining a batting average of .338.

"I chose Georgian Court University because of their outstanding education program and quality of academics. It is cost efficient due to the partnership they have with Brookdale combined with the academic scholarships I have received. Georgian Court has provided me with an opportunity to play the game I love at the next level for the next two years", she said.

Georgian Court University is a Division II four-year institution located in Lakewood, NJ.
