Clayton Launches Grand Slam; Softball Sweeps Bergen In DH
Paramus, NJ- The Brookdale softball team overwhelmed the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 13-0 and 13-3. Sophomore outfielder Alexandra Clayton led the way for the Jersey Blues, launching a grand slam while freshman outfielder Amanda Pringle recorded five hits and five scored runs.

Paramus, NJ- The Brookdale softball team overwhelmed the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College, 13-0 and 13-3. Sophomore outfielder Alexandra Clayton led the way for the Jersey Blues, launching a grand slam while freshman outfielder Amanda Pringle recorded five hits and five scored runs.
Sophomore outfielder Sara Vocisano drove in seven runs and smacked two doubles from the plate.
Freshman pitcher Victoria Vogt earned her fifth win of the season in game one. In game two, sophomore pitcher Courtney Semkewyc tossed in relief, collecting her sixth win of the year.
The team returns to action on Tuesday, April 7th against Sussex County Community College.
