Homan Hits A 3-Run Homer; Brookdale Sweeps Orange County Community College In Doubleheader
Lincroft, NJ- The Brookdale softball team swept the Colts of Orange County in today's double-header. Sophomore second baseman Keara Homan led the Blues to victory, hitting a 3-run home run in game one. The Jersey Blues won the game, 11-6.

Freshman left fielder Sara Vocisano tallied three hits while sophomore catcher Stephanie Grainger went 3-3, hitting 2-doubles.
In game two, the Blues defeated the Colts, 8-1. Sophomore pitcher Krystal Pearson threw the complete game, earning 3 strike-outs.
Sophomore center fielder Cassidy Brzozowski slammed a 2-run homer for the Blues while freshman outfielder Alexandra Clayton went 2-4 at the plate with a single, triple and 3 RBI's.
