Lincroft, NJ - The Brookdale men's volleyball team suffered a tough loss to the Middlesex College Blue Colts, but continues to show improvement as their first season moves on. The Blues lost 3-1 with scores of 26-24, 25-17, 25-13, 25-21.
Freshman outside hitter, Jonny Ortega, computed nine kills, 14 digs, and three solo blocks while freshman middle hitter, Sims Singh, produced seven kills and seven solo blocks.
Brookdale (0-4) will travel to play the Passaic County Community College Panthers next on Wednesday, March 6th, at 6:00pm.
