Jersey Blues Roll Past Ocean County College Vikings, 7-0 In GSAC Action

Toms River, NJ- The Jersey Blues men's tennis team rolled past the Vikings of Ocean County College, 7-0. Sophomore Mostafa Moamen and freshman Safie Moamen defeated their opponents in first doubles action, 8-2 while sophomores Emir Hamzic and Jacob Evans overwhelmed their second doubles opponents, 8-1.

In fifth singles play,sophomore Riad Hamzic defeated his opponent in a hard fought two set match, 6-4, 6-4. Mostafa, Safie, Emir and Jacob also collected two set wins in their singles matches.

The team improves their win streak to 3-0 and will next take on Rockland Community College at home on Sunday, April 2nd at 3:30pm.
